All of Mittmount's voicemail, faxing and phone calls are handled digitally by RingCentral. We are completely free of actual phone lines. Whether you leave me a message, we are speaking on the "phone", sending or receiving faxes, it is through my laptop. We started using RingCentral only for voicemail, then faxing. Now they are our PBX system as well.
